“How do I return an order?”
We really want you to be happy with your order and will gladly accept back any item that was purchased within 20 days of receipt that you do not wish to keep. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping any items back to us.
If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or an error on our part, we will gladly assist you with refund for these items less a 30% disposal fee. No refund will ever be made for shipping fees.
“An item in my order arrived damaged. What do I do?”
If an item in your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number, the items damaged, and nature of the damage. We will be more than happy to assist you with replacing this item, or providing a refund or store credit. However new shipping charges will be applied.
“When does the disposal fee apply?”
A disposal fee of 30% applies to tea that has been opened, tried due to customer’s dislike of the product. Since the product is no longer usable for resale, the fee covers a small percentage of the company’s loss. Due to health code reasons, we must dispose any tea returned to us. We advise trying sample sizes before buying large quantities of any tea.
